DMCA Copyright Policy

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

Nefertiti Limited ("ClipMode," "we," or "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of clipmode.ai and related services (the "Services") to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws where applicable. Generation on the Services may use third-party model providers; that does not change how you should send copyright notices to ClipMode for material hosted or delivered through the Services.

For non-consensual likeness, NCII, or other abuse reports (not copyright), use /report-abuse instead of this process. Copyright claims belong here; policy and likeness claims belong in our Terms and Conditions reporting channels.

Designated copyright agent

Our designated agent to receive DMCA notifications of claimed infringement is:

DMCA Agent — Nefertiti Limited

Room B, 7th Floor, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Email: legal@clipmode.ai

Only DMCA copyright notices should be sent to the agent above. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, a direct URL on clipmode.ai or a creation / generation id).
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You may email a complete notice to legal@clipmode.ai or mail it to the physical address listed above.

What we do after a valid notice

When we receive a notice that appears to comply with the DMCA, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted or generated it. Please include a URL or creation/generation id when available so we can locate the material. We may retain related account and technical logs (including as described in our Privacy Policy) as needed to process the notice. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ClipMode may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after at least ten (10) business days and no more than fourteen (14) business days, unless the copyright owner notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Other jurisdictions

If you are not in the United States and believe your rights are infringed on the Services, contact us at legal@clipmode.ai with sufficient detail for us to evaluate your request. We may also respond to valid notices under applicable local copyright laws where we operate.
