Welcome to clipmode.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the clipmode.ai website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Nefertiti Limited, including any images, video, models, prompts, information, text, graphics, or other materials you upload, download, train, or generate through the Services ("Content" and, for outputs you create, "Assets"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WARNING: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban from your account.
Prohibited Content
We may analyze prompts, uploads, trained models, and generated outputs (including with automated systems and/or human review) for compliance with these rules. We may block, remove, refuse to deliver, log, or take account action when we detect or receive reports of violations. Filters and reviews are imperfect and may not catch every violation.
User Obligations: If a generated Asset contains any of the elements mentioned above, you must immediately report it. You remain responsible for your prompts, uploads, and outputs.
Generation may run on third-party model providers; their policies may also apply; our automated/manual checks may not catch all violations; you remain responsible for complying with these Terms.
We may log technical information (including IP address) as described in our Privacy Policy to enforce these Terms, moderate Content, and protect security.
You agree not to use image, video, animation, or other generation features (including outputs from trained character models) to:
We respect copyright. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, follow our DMCA Copyright Policy and send a complete notice to our designated agent at legal@clipmode.ai. We may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers as described on that page. Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may result in liability under applicable law. For non-copyright abuse (including NCII or likeness), use /report-abuse instead.
If you believe content on ClipMode depicts you (or someone else) without consent, is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or is otherwise unlawful, report it at /report-abuse or email legal@clipmode.ai. Include: (1) the URL or creation/generation id, (2) your claim, and (3) a contact email. We aim to acknowledge complete reports within 24 hours and to hide or remove non-consensual or illegal likeness content within 48 hours after we can identify it. We may also suspend or ban the responsible account.
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you have the right to use and are comfortable sharing with our systems and service providers.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.
By training a character model or uploading reference images, you confirm that:
You bear sole responsibility for documenting and maintaining proof of consent when required. ClipMode may request evidence of consent during investigations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that cannot demonstrate adequate rights to training data. Uploading photos of minors is strictly forbidden. We may monitor uploads and cooperate with law enforcement if we discover unlawful activity. You remain responsible for outputs you create, including compliance with likeness, publicity, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with clipmode.ai, a service provided by Nefertiti Limited, and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the Assets you create with the Services through your account, for personal or commercial use as permitted by your plan and these Terms. ClipMode retains all rights in the platform, software, models, branding, and underlying technology.
5.1 License: clipmode.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the platform to create content in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Because generation and training consume GPU capacity, credit packs and most usage-based purchases are non-refundable once processing has begun, except where required by law. Premium membership subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if you contact support@clipmode.ai within 7 days of initial purchase and have not materially consumed included benefits. We may deny refunds where we detect policy violations, abuse, or misuse of these Terms.
Commissions will not be paid on transactions that are refunded, charged back, or canceled. Affiliate commissions are only paid on eligible top-up credit purchases. ClipMode Memberships, discounted bundles, subscriptions, and promotional offers are not commissionable. These products already include bonuses and reduced pricing, and are excluded from affiliate earnings. Affiliate payouts are processed on a Net-30 basis (30 days after a successful, eligible purchase), and only after a valid invoice is submitted by the affiliate. Affiliates can monitor their earnings and payout status at any time through their FirstPromoter dashboard. ClipMode reserves the right to review and adjust commissions at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or error is detected.
We may review Content using automated systems and/or human review. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, disable models, and suspend or terminate users without liability to you, especially if they violate our policies or create risk. Our checks may not detect every violation.
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your access to and use of the Services or any Content are at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipMode disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to ClipMode for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or (iii) our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms will govern our relationship with you. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Upon termination of your account, either by you or by us, your account data, trained models, and associated Content will be deleted from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention limits and legal holds.
